 | 등록임대주택부기등기란? | 임차인이 해당 주택이 등록임대주택인지 확인할 수 있도록, 임대사업자가 해당 주택의 등기사항에 "등록임대주택"임을 표시하는 등기 |
시 기 | 법 시행 이후 등록된 임대주택은 지체없이 부기등기 (등록 이후 소유권보존등기를 하는 경우 그 보존등기와 동시에 해야 함) |
| 위반시 | 부기등기 의무 위반 시 500만원 이하 과태료 부과 1차 위반 : 200만원 , 2차 위반 : 400만원 , 3차 위반 : 500만원 |
